After signing in for the first time, you'll be guided to create your shop. This is the business identity that your team and customers will interact with.
Once your shop is created, you're taken to the Owner Dashboard — your central command centre. From the left sidebar you can navigate to every module: Products, Orders, Customers, Finance, and more.
The Dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your business performance at a glance.
Revenue Overview
Total revenue, cost, and profit broken down by selected period.
Order Summary
Count of Pending, Shipped, Completed, Returned, and Cancelled orders.
Top Products
Your best-selling products ranked by revenue and units sold.
Period Filters
Switch between Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or a Custom date range.
The dashboard updates in real-time as new orders come in, giving you always-current data without needing to refresh.
Each product stores its name, cost price, selling price, and current stock. Go to Products → Add Product to get started.
Search products by name and filter by time period. The product list shows inventory value, customer count, and lifetime sales per product.
Go to Orders → New Order. Select the customer (or create a new one inline), add products, set quantities, and enter the delivery address. Delivery charges and COD charges can be set per order.

Every order has a printable invoice. Open an order and click Download Invoice to get a PDF-ready invoice for your records or to include in the package.
All customers from your orders are stored automatically. You can search by name or phone, and view a detailed profile for each customer showing their order history, total spending, and purchased products.
Buying Behavior
Automatically classifies each customer as a Repeat, Occasional, Bulk, Small, Regular, or Offer-Seeker buyer based on their purchase history.
Customer Priority
Classifies customers into tiers — Gold, At-Risk, Inactive, High-Return, Top 20%, Premium, and more — so you know where to focus retention efforts.
Repeat Customer Analysis
Tracks repeat purchase cycles and highlights customers most likely to buy again based on their historical patterns.
Send targeted SMS messages to customer segments directly from the platform using the integrated Bulk SMS BD service.
Track every business expense to get an accurate picture of your profitability. Go to Expenses → Add Expense.
The top of the Expenses page shows your total expenses for Today, This Week, and the selected period — so you can spot unusual spend at a glance.

An interactive Bangladesh district map highlights problem areas with the highest cancellation rates. The top 10 high-risk districts are listed so you can decide which areas to stop delivering to or charge higher COD fees.
See which specific products are being returned or cancelled most frequently, so you can investigate quality issues or adjust product descriptions accordingly.
A consolidated financial snapshot covering total revenue, total cost, gross profit, total expenses, and net profit — all filterable by period or date range.
A month-by-month breakdown of all income and expense transactions. Useful for accounting and tax purposes.
Track money owed to you and money you owe across three types:
Mark entries as Settled once payment is received or made.
Record and track withdrawal requests from courier partners (Steadfast, Pathao). Maintain a full history of amounts, dates, and courier services for reconciliation.
Managers can log in to GoTrack.bd with their own credentials and access only the areas you allow. Go to Managers → Add Manager.
Granular permissions you can toggle:
Staff members have limited access compared to managers. They can be added under Managers → Staff and assigned the Staff role. Staff accounts are suited for order processors who need minimal access.
Update your shop name, logo, address, and linked Facebook page details at any time from Settings → General.
Connect your courier accounts to enable one-click shipment creation. You need separate API credentials for each:
Connect your Bulk SMS BD account by entering your API credentials under Settings → SMS. Once set up, you can send bulk messages to customer segments from the Customers module.
If you have a WordPress/WooCommerce website, you can sync new online orders directly into GoTrack.bd automatically.
Set a custom Webhook URL to receive real-time order update notifications in your own system. Use the auth token for request verification. You can regenerate both the webhook token and API credentials from Settings at any time.
